1. How long does it take for SoleClubKicks to deliver products?
We offer free delivery within South Africa, and our estimated delivery time is between 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Yoco and Paystack as our payment processors. This allows us to accept a variety of payment methods, including:

Credit/Debit Cards

Bank Transfers

Mobile Money (via Paystack)

Tap to Pay and Card Machines (via Yoco for in-person payments)

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order by visiting the Aramex tracking page on our website. Simply enter your order number to receive real-time updates on your parcel. We'll also send you a tracking link after dispatch.

• Processing Time:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team works quickly to prepare your sneakers for shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before the parcel is handed over to the courier.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, we’re actively working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?
We only process exchanges under the following conditions:

You received damaged goods

You received the wrong item

You wish to exchange for a different size or item

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and will be reviewed by our team before approval. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges in the situations listed above.
